How to waste recycle and reuse
Waste
Raw material is the residue you are looking to use in your briquettes production. It is typically unprocessed material from either from wood waste or agricultural by-products. Examples such as wood powder, cotton stalk, mustard stalk & husk, soyabean stalk & husk, rice husk, paddy straw, maize corn waste, sugarcane bagasse, biomass, timber, forestry and municipal solid and many more. can be used for briquette process.

Wood Waste Process
If you have wood logs then first you can make wood powder from sawdust making machine/wood chipper machine and then you can make briquette or if you have timber waste then you first make powder with the wood crusher machine and then you can make briquettes.

- Calorific values of briquettes range between 3500 to 4500 k but it depends on quality of raw material.
- They have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content (2-10% compare to 20-40% in coal).
- In fact, they are 40% more efficient, as well as hotter and longer lasting than Firewood. This greater efficiency can be attributed to their low moisture and density.
